Once a cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on-chain, orders are considered final and non-refundable unless the product was not delivered. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; ensure all payment details are correct before submitting.
All products are delivered digitally via email or on-screen display upon payment confirmation. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in exceptional cases. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.
Due to the digital and irreversible nature of our products, all sales are final once a code or credential has been delivered. Refunds or replacements are only issued if a product is verified as non-functional, subject to our investigation. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
